Garden Opening Day, Saturday May 4, 2024
We will meet each other and work together to get the entire garden ready for the season. We usually need to fix up garden boxes, clean up the composters, distribute soil/compost to top up beds, and trim trees and bushes around the site. We will start early in the morning.

End of Season Tidying
Clean up day: Our final work day of the year to clean everything up for the winter is Oct 22, starting at 10am. All plots must be tidied by Oct 31. Silver Community Trillium Award
The Hill Street Community Garden was presented the Silver Community Trillium Award for our contribution to the beautification of the City of Hamilton. Well done everyone! The flowers were beautiful this year.
